Eliminating inflammation allows your body to effectively and efficiently burn fat through clean eating and mindful nutrition. When we get rid of bloat weight it creates motivation and momentum to move better, think better, sleep better and perform better.

It's not about what you gain or lose during the process, it’s about who you become – a BETTER YOU.

  • Do I need to be located in Spokane?
    NOPE! I am happy to work with anyone, anywhere.
  • What equipment do I need?
    If you come into the gym I have everything you need. If you train virtually, we will make sure you have all of the right weights or alternatives. My superpower is finding the most creative items possible…wine bottles, milk jugs, cans– you name it, we will make it work! This should never be a barrier for you when it comes to working with me.
  • How long are your workouts?
    30 minutes or less!
  • Are meal plans included?
    Yes! Every single 1:1 client receives a customized meal plan that we tailor to you. My plans are flexible so you can choose the foods you like and don’t like. It is not realistic to assume a plan works for every single body. I focus on what you do like so that this lifestyle change is sustainable.
  • How many workouts per week?
    2-3 workouts per week is preferred for maximum results.

Effective workouts

High-Intensity Strength Training is the most effective workout with the greatest return on investment for your time. 1:1 personal training is all about breaking down barriers and moving beyond them. Whether you’re trying to pass a plateau or you’re just getting your fitness started, 2-3 sessions a week with me as your trainer will get your body pushing itself to a higher level. You can choose to train 1-1 IN PERSON or Virtually.  Either way you will get 100% attention, and training that has been constructed specifically for you and your needs. Your time is valuable so why not make the most of it?

Eat right for you

Yes, your time inside the gym matters but your time outside of the gym can make the difference between short sustained success and lifelong fitness fulfillment. If you have been working hard without results, nutrition is often the missing ingredient. Having the right macronutrient intake can make all the difference between weight loss, weight gain, muscle definition, or muscle creation. I will work with you to build a healthy balanced meal plan that targets YOUR needs. Each body is different and that is why every plan will be tailored to your individual goals. Why not give me a chance to train you and prove that the life you dream of having is waiting for you?

Hilary has transformed my life. Six years ago, I walked into her gym was skepticism. Within a few months, I became a believer in the benefits of strength training and the new way of eating she shared. Almost a year later, and my life has truly changed. I not only lost 40 pounds, I also lost my negative self image, my excuses, and my toxic diet mentality. You’re busy, I get it. Time is our most treasured gift and I am honored that most of my clients have shared their time with me for 14+ years. I am often asked why I believe my clients stick with me as long as they do and I can’t ever find an effective answer because it ultimately comes down to the way I care. A lot of things that come up in the gym have nothing to do with working out and that is because we are humans living real lives that have ups and downs. I pride myself in being as flexible as possible, making your workouts as impactful as we can without wasting any time. If you’re on the road, no problem, we can meet virtually. If you don’t have weights, that’s okay, grab a milk jug and some cans! If you come down to the gym we will get you in and out so you can get back out there and continue thriving.
